This series is an attempt to explain (rather convincingly) where the real world is heading. And the people we elect are making it happen. Take a couple of hours to watch it, or not. It's up to you. Darkness can also be your friend.
"We are not living in the country most of us are trained to think we live in."
Do I need to listen further? I'm far enough along in my long process of disillusionment and disgust that I could have a serious meltdown and pass the point of no return -- if I'm not already there.
If rewriting and perverting history isn't the oldest profession, it's close enough.
Capt., that reminds me of the reaction I got from a former university president and retired marine biology prof after he watched a couple of minutes of the LA Times Altered Oceans documentary five years ago. "Junk science, he declared," and got up and walked out. He died a couple of months ago, probably still believing that, while most if not all of the material in the documentary has proven to be correct.
As to perverting history, the best way to do that is to simply ignore it and leave it to the perverts to control.
His name is Damon Vrabel. There's a bit about him on the net. I don't think this is a factual examination, it's conceptual (as opposed to theoretical) based on his empirical observation and common sense. He dropped out of sight 6 months ago, from what I can tell.
The real question is, what do you think of what he's saying? What does your head and your heart tell you?

Eye opener!
ReplyDeleteTwo hours! Lack many people, I choose darkness.
ReplyDeleteCan't you summarize it in three sentences?
Three sentences? Three words: "They. Own. You."
ReplyDelete(Now, who is 'they'...?)

George Carlin was one of the first to point this out. We do have owners.
ReplyDeleteGeorge was right (and rantingly amusing) but never gave anyone the whole picture. This series does. Has anyone watched the whole thing yet?
ReplyDeleteI've watched a good deal of it; but when I tried to find out who the narrator is and what his background is, I couldn't. Anyone else?
ReplyDeleteI have no way of knowing how much of this is factual.
