The Espionage Act of 1917 made it a Federal Crime to "convey information with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the armed forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies." This was punishable by death or by imprisonment for not more than 30 years or both. Does this not include interfering by cutting their funding?
Woodrow Wilson, in his 1915 State of the Union address told the nation: "There are citizens of the United States...who have poured the poison of disloyalty into the very arteries of our national life; who have sought to bring the authority and good name of our Government into contempt.."
Is he not describing the Tea Party, Coulter, Limbaugh, Fox News and Ted Cruise?
What does that make him? The Manchurian candidate, Castro's little anchor baby now all grown up, with calves the size of watermelons ... reverse Birther crap thrown back in their faces.
It makes him a traitor. The Espionage Act or 1917 was toned down a bit in the 1920's but as far as I know, acts of sabotage against the operations of the US government and the military are treasonous.
The putz may have been born in Canada, but he's a damn secessionist traitor and should be treated as one to make an example of him to all the other vermin who haven't accepted that the Civil War is over and they lost.
